We're Graeme and Jaymie - A husband and wife team based in Toogoom on the Fraser Coast. Graeme is a qualified greenskeeper with 25 years of experience at PGA Tour golf courses and luxury resorts. Jaymie manages the creative, sustainable gardening, and marketing side of the business. We started Zephyr Grounds Co. because we believe every property deserves to be cared for properly, and we back that up at every job we do.

No lock-in contracts required. We earn your trust by doing great work, not by locking you in. That said, for ongoing grounds management or larger commercial arrangements we do put a simple service agreement in place so everyone's on the same page.

Yes. A minimum call-out fee of $85 applies to all bookings. This covers our travel and time getting set up at your property, and is deducted from your total if the job runs longer than an hour. No surprises, just honest pricing.

For larger or more complex jobs we'll provide a clear quote upfront before any work begins, so you always know exactly what to expect.

We accept cash, eftpos and bank transfer. Payment is due in full on completion of the job. For larger jobs estimated at four hours or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due on completion.

Absolutely. In fact most of our clients are on a regular schedule. Whether you need us weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, we'll set up a recurring arrangement that works for your property and your life.

We offer a full range of outdoor care and maintenance services - lawn mowing and turf care, garden maintenance, kitchen garden and backyard farm setup, outdoor repairs, grounds management for commercial and resort properties, and seasonal or one-off jobs. No job is too small and no property too complex.

Both. We're happy to come out for a one-off spring clean, post-storm tidy-up, or pre-sale freshen-up with no ongoing commitment required. And if you love what we do, we can set up a regular schedule from there.

This is Jaymie's area - helping you establish a productive, sustainable backyard space. Whether you want raised vegetable beds, a compost system, a worm farm, or a fully planned edible garden, we'll set it up properly for your soil, your climate, and your lifestyle. It's available as an add-on to regular garden maintenance.

Not at all. We'll walk you through everything and set you up with what you need to keep it going. The whole idea is to make it simple and enjoyable, not overwhelming.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the property and you're comfortable with us being there, you don't need to be present. We'll always let you know when we've finished and follow up if anything needs discussing.
